We’re excited to bring our community together in New Orleans for a few days dedicated to connection, education, and shared momentum across the brand. We look forward to welcoming 300+ owners, general managers, and guests for an impactful and energizing experience.

Registration Details

Owners: Complimentary registration is reserved for official, legally recognized studio owners only. This does not extend to spouses, partners, or guests unless they are documented owners of record.

Owner Registration Code: Use code OWNER at checkout for 100% off your registration. This discount will only apply once per order. If multiple owners will attend, complete the process individually for each.

General Managers, Employees & Guests: $500 per person + processing fee

Registration Deadline: August 7, 2026

Age Requirement: All attendees must be 18 years or older and registered to attend.

Important Policies

All tickets are non-refundable.

All registered attendees are subject to a $1,000 no-show fee if they do not attend the event.

What Happens After You Register

Once your registration is completed and payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with additional event details, including hotel accommodations and next steps.

All attendees will also be required to register on our event app, WHOVA, where the full schedule, updates, and event information will be hosted.
